<p>　　苹果和三星的专利侵权案经过几周的纠缠之后，终于在上个星期以三星败诉暂告一段落。法庭宣布结果之后，双方很快就发布了官方声明，苹果公司CEO蒂姆·库克也对此事向公司员工发出邮件。而三星方面则是另外一种情况。</p>
<p>　　据The Korea Times报道，对于法庭的这个审判决定，三星公司的高管目前仍是被震惊的“茫然失措”。</p>
<p>　　报道称，三星的高管仍处于深受打击的状态，在与行业竞争对手的最后决战中，显然他们也没有确定下一步将会采取什么行动。人们普遍预期三星将会提起上诉，但是即便三星提起上诉，成功翻盘的机会并不大。</p>
<p>　　三星某高官表示：“对于我们来说，这绝对是最糟糕的情况。”三星电子前CEO崔志成和三星集团的公司战略部门展开召开了紧急会议，与会的还有三星移动通信业务总裁申宗钧以及三星移动业务副总裁李东洙。</p>
<p>　　在陪审团的裁决下来之后，双方均会提交动议。三星希望法官Lucy Koh能够在提出正式上诉之前否决陪审团的裁定；而苹果则希望能在三星故意进行抄袭的基础上，将赔偿的金额增加到之前的3倍。苹果还会申请禁售那些侵犯了苹果专利的三星产品。 </p>

<p>iOS 6的介绍环节首先以Siri开场，作为iOS 6最重要的一项更新，除了更多更深层次的搜索功能之外，新的Siri可以直接启动App，用户只要与Siri对话，就可以打开iPhone等设备中的应用程序。iOS 6的Siri新增15个国家和地区的语言，亚洲地区包括韩语、中文（包含粤语）。至此，中文版Siri终于要与大家见面了，不得不说这是今晚发布会上最让人开心的消息。同时Siri也将随着iOS 6一起来到iPad上，不过仅支持New iPad。</p>

<p>在iOS 6发布之前，我们还抱有希望苹果会稍微改变系统主题，即使只有传闻中的银色主题也不错。可是，对于美化帝来说，iOS 6仍需越狱，使其能到Cydia下载更多美化主题和壁纸。</p>

<p>苹果这次的确对通知中心添加了一些增强功能，这些功能在过去我们只能通过安装越狱插件来获得，比如大家拍手叫好的“防打扰”功能。你可以照常接收通知 消息，但是屏幕不会声音提示，屏幕也不会亮。但是苹果的“防打扰”还不是特别完美，你不能选择只接收哪些通知或不接收哪些通知。看来这次苹果又留给越狱开 发者发展的空间。</p>

<p>苹果这次对Siri做出的改变不少，不仅支持了中文等多个国家的语言，Siri还跨越到了iPad，并能自行打开应用程序、发送推特、提供餐厅信息和 体育赛事比分。最重要的是，苹果向开发者公布了Siri的API，意味着越狱开发者也能进一步扩展Siri到越狱插件，不知道未来越狱开发者能开发出怎样 的Siri插件引诱大家越狱？</p>
